PROBLEM: People are exhausted. Between work, long commutes, and everyday responsibilities, they’re constantly running on empty.
INSIGHT: When things start to feel overwhelming, people look for something simple and familiar to reset. And online, we noticed a pattern: in those moments, people are already reaching for a glass of milk.
IDEA: Take a Milk Minute. A small, everyday moment to pause and reset.

Activation
During tense Leafs games we show up at intermission, handing out milk to stressed fans. Built on DFO’s existing partnership with the team, it turns a moment of (most likely) frustration into an unexpected milk minute.
